I spent many a hot summer day getting a scorching sunburn ridding our fields of them. Tuesday morning I stood at the den window and watched them playing with each other. The 'youngin' kept jumping about a foot in the air trying to get the other one to play. Naturally I went to Rockwood without my camera. Think it was the first time ever.Leedrahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04914177127665868671noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7690422682664917237.post-37165750654539535362009-07-15T23:17:43.583-04:002009-07-15T23:17:43.583-04:00It is tempting to plant thistle, but I know better...It is tempting to plant thistle, but I know better. I just let my neighbor and then walk over and photograph the butterflies on his thistle. First butterfly I photographed after going digital was at thistle in his yard. He lets areas grow up, and my husband won't. My neighbor thinks it bothers us, but I love it, for the protection for the birds and butterflies.Leedrahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04914177127665868671noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7690422682664917237.post-36691305141486652712009-07-15T16:40:24.063-04:002009-07-15T16:40:24.063-04:00Great post and photo's Willard!
