Sky Watch Friday: An Unplanned Shot!



I was returning from my usual wildlife observation spot. It had been partly to mostly cloudy all evening. As I reached an excellent vantage point, the setting sun broke through and I took advantage of the opportunity. The blazing colors were there for but a brief moment!

    Beautiful. It is always amazing that the colors last for such a short few moments when they are soooo dramatic. Nice capture!! :)

    Your timing is magnificent. What a stunning photo. I am convinced someone has swiped Connecticut's sun and hidden it somewhere. If you find it down in PA, would you let me know? I've never seen anything quite like this....
